Every returned mattress is inspected for damage and faults and any returned mattresses deemed faulty or damaged are sent to a recycling centre.
Mattresses returned in excellent condition are steam cleaned, maintained and if required fitted with a brand-new REM-Fit mattress cover. The mattress is then rolled and boxed ready for next day delivery.
