We provide a risk-free sleep trial on all our mattresses. This allows you to sleep on a REM-Fit for up to 200-nights in the comfort of your own home and really put it to the test! There are no catches. If the mattress, for whatever reason doesn’t live up to your expectations, you can send it back for a full refund. There are no collection charges either! If the mattress isn't 100% right for you, simply begin the return or exchange process via our live chat, and we'll arrange the rest for you. The sleep trial is only available for 1 mattress per order & address. Subsequent mattresses ordered on the same order or delivered to the same address will not be eligible for the sleep trial. Your trial starts the day your mattress is delivered and received by you.

It's not something we stipulate, but we do require you to keep the mattress in a good condition.

To extend the trial period from 100-nights to 200-nights, you do need to purchase a REM-Fit mattress protector at the time of your order.

As part of our social and environmental awareness, returned mattresses are either donated to charity and sold on through our partners at the British Heart Foundation or sold on as ‘rejuvenated’ mattresses via various channels and therefore must be clean. Rejuvenated mattresses are steam cleaned, maintained and if required fitted with a brand-new REM-Fit mattress cover. Rejuvenated mattresses are never sold on as ‘new’ on our website.

No, we want you to get the full experience when trialling the mattress so please discard of all packaging once delivery is received.

Yes, of course. If you decide to return the mattress we will refund all instalments you have paid to date and cancel the agreement for you.

In order to receive a full refund when returning your mattress under the mattress sleep trial scheme, please follow the below instructions.

- Free gifts must be unused.
- Free gifts must be in their original packaging.
- Free gifts must be returned - REM-Fit will provide a free collection.

We will refund you in full for the items that you have returned. This will be reflected on your monthly instalments plan and be deducted off your monthly payments, reducing the amount you pay each month.
