- Unopened Pillows: In the event that you choose to return your mattress within the 100-night trial period and the complimentary pillow(s) remain unopened and in their original condition, we request that these pillow(s) be returned along with the mattress at no additional cost.
- Opened Pillows: If the pillow(s) have been opened and used, and you decide to return the mattress within the trial period, a fee of £30 per pillow will be deducted from your mattress refund to cover the cost of the pillow(s).
Pillow Fee: The specific fee amount for used pillows is £30 per pillow. This fee is to ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality products and uphold our standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Refund and Pillow Charges: Upon the return of the mattress and pillow(s), the refund will be processed. If applicable, the pillow fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The refund, post any deductions, will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
