Easy to order, keep their word on trial period (there was one mattress that was not suitable and had to be returned), and I have tried multiple hybrid mattresses and this is by far the best at a reasonable cost. We have 4 mattress from REM-fit and intending to get more. We have both the Ortho 500 (x2) and Remfit 600 (x2) haven’t looked back! My back pain better, I sleep cooler and more comfortably. Seeing my satisfaction my family has been following suit one by one. The quality is excellent and the team accessible. Heaven (600 Lux Elite)

So, I ordered the wrong size mattress and they sorted it before delivery and were fantastic. The delivery was smooth and the delivery guys were absolutely lovely.The mattress itself is just amazing. I am a terrible insomniac and this mattress (i ordered the medium firmness) has genuinely improved the amount of sleep I get and most definitely the quality of that sleep. £600 seems like a lot of money but it is absolutely money well spent as sleep is so important. Ortho 500 mattress did wonders for my herniated discs

I bought the ortho 500 mattress after suffering several chronic herniated discs. 400 mattress and 500 cool gel pillows

We now own a rem-fit 400 hybrid mattress for over 2 weeks and rem-fit 500 cool gel pillows for over 4 years, and I cannot recommend their products enough.They’re comfortable and comforting, the mattress feels like a supportive cloud and the pillows have stopped me having constant neck pains. I chose this mattress as it was recommended by Which? for the features that were important and it has not disappointed. 400 Elite Mattress

I've been sleeping on the 400 Elite mattress for over 6 months now and can only sing its praises. For me, pressure point relief is a must as I predominantly sleep on my side - this mattress performs perfectly for me and still feels supportive despite it's soft sleeping surface. Love Love Love!! The delivery guys didn’t moran they had to carry my mattress up 2 flights of stairs! They were jolly and friendly and the mattress is brilliant!! Bought 2 pillows, one for me (400 Memory Foam) and one for husband (500 Cool Gel) and have been happy with our purchase. I have noticed my neck is supported better and less headaches in the morning. We’ve had our 600 lux mattress for four weeks now and it’s blissfully comfortable. We had a memory foam mattress before and spent a lot of money on it.I was experiencing problems with my thoracic spine and would be shifting around all through the night to alleviate pain.From the first night the difference was really noticeable and now after four weeks I have no issues at all.
